Matt graduated with a BS in Interior Design from Cornell University in 2007. He is currently a Principal at Hanbury Architecture & Planning where he focuses his love of interior design and planning to create buildings that support and enrich student life. He is passionate about shaping spaces that are the backdrop to the transfer and sharing of knowledge and ideas and believes that design has the power to build healthy and engaged communities. This belief extends to the interior design industry as well and he has been an engaged member of ASID since 2007.
When not focused on building campus communities, Matt and his wife Monica can be found on the volleyball court (and the sand) as both players and coaches. Together they are fortunate to coach competitive girls youth teams and travel with them across the country.
