Theresa Dorlini is Principal Interior Designer and Creative Director of a small multi-disciplinary design studio located in Roanoke, VA.  She has 25 years of interior design experience practicing in Arizona, Florida, and Virginia, in both commercial and residential project types. Her strength is seeing the “big picture” and she is hands-on with every project her firm tackles; steering programming, design concept development, managing client relations, over-seeing design staff, and heading up all creative direction and marketing efforts. 

Theresa’s design interests include architectural acoustics, custom furniture, fabrication, art and all media of fashion, including jewelry design. She is currently developing her own furniture line, DORLINI | modern, which pulls from her love of the Bauhaus era and classic modern design. Theresa is passionate about design education and has taught at James Madison University, Virginia Tech (guest lecture), and her alma mater Arizona State University. When she is not pursuing design interests and running the business, she is busy running after her four children.
